When you connect Orbid as an MCP connector, tools may return bid session names, tender excerpts, catalog specs, knowledge hits, gap rows, and match scores for your organization. Uploaded tenders can name hospitals and device requirements. Orbid does not expose patient medical records through this connector.

That data stays in your Orbid organization. Orbid does not use MCP tool results to train third-party models. Sign-in is Auth0. Claude, Grok, and other hosts receive tool results inside the chat and have their own policies.

MCP audit rows store tool name, user, organization, session id, and success. Orbid does not keep a second copy of tender files for the connector. Organization data follows the same retention as the Orbid product.
